On 10 November 2015, DBCT Management withdrew its October 2015 ring-fencing DAAU, and resubmitted a second ring-fencing DAAU (the November 2015 DAAU).
Under section 142 of the QCA Act, we must consider a DAAU given to us and decide whether to approve, or refuse to approve, that DAAU.
We received a submission from Aurizon Operations. The DCBT User Group referred us to its October 2015 ring-fencing DAAU submission and to its submission on the 2015 DAU.
On 29 February 2016, we released a draft decision on DBCT Management’s ring-fencing DAAU that was submitted to us on 10 November 2015.
On 24 March 2016, DBCT Management withdrew its November 2015 ring-fencing DAAU. DBCT Management’s letter to this effect can be accessed below.
