On 14 December 2023, we received a delegation from the Minister for Energy and Clean Economy Jobs to set regulated electricity prices (notified prices) to apply in regional Queensland in 2024–25.
Further correspondence from the Minister in March and April 2024 relating to this review, including the draft determination timing, can be found below.
On 7 May 2024, we released our draft determination. We held online information sessions about our draft determination on 13 and 15 May 2024. The draft determination and information session presentation can be downloaded below.
Stakeholders are invited to comment on the draft determination by 21 May 2024.
We also received a direction to set the solar feed-in tariff to apply in regional Queensland in 2024–25, and that review is underway.
