Aurizon Network uses a cost allocation manual to prepare below-rail financial statements.

The cost allocation manual sets out the accounting procedures to be applied by Aurizon Network to provide information on regulated costs and revenues. 

The QCA approved a revision of Aurizon Network’s cost allocation manual on 24 October 2013.
