Review of distributors' 2015–20 draft regulatory proposals

On 19 August 2014, the Minister for Energy and Water Supply directed us to undertake a review of the Queensland electricity distributors’ draft regulatory proposals for the 2015–20 regulatory control period.

The review was not intended to replicate the processes involved in the development of the proposals or the Australian Energy Regulator’s review of the proposals. Rather, it was to assess their reasonableness and their impact on electricity prices.

We provided a final report to the Minister by 10 October 2014.
