Before 1 July 2015, we were required to publish reports on developments in the retail market. These reports included information on:
- the number of small and large customers on market and non-market contracts
- the number of small customers that were disconnected, made a complaint to their retailer, or were participating in a hardship program.
Before 1 July 2015 retailers were required to report disconnections, hardship and complaints data to us on a quarterly basis.
Distributors were also required to report disconnections they performed at the request of each retailer and at their own instigation.
Before 1 July 2015, retailers were required to report the number of small and large customers they served on market and non-market contracts. We published a quarterly report.
