As directed by the Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen, we will publish a report on the SEQ retail electricity market in 2023–24 by 21 December 2024. The report will cover retail prices, discounts and incentives, retail fees, customers receiving assistance with their electricity bills, new types of electricity plans, market competitiveness and other significant issues. This year’s report will also include information on customers on legacy market offers.
