The QCA monitors the SEQ retail electricity market to assist the Queensland Government to ensure that electricity customers have the opportunity to benefit from increased competition in the market.

The Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy directed us to publish quarterly and annual reports on the operation of the market in 2019–20.
